When you reduce the ingredients by half and use the same size tins to bake them in there is no change to the baking time.

If you use all of the ingredients and use a larger size tin you would need to cook longer. When making six muffins following a 12 muffin recipe, do i reduce temperature or time in the oven?
I figured I'll just repeat the first answer as everyone else has done. You do not need to reduce the time or temperature. I'll never understand why people have to post the same answer thats been posted repeatedly instead of just giving a thumbs up to the first one that says the same thing. Who knows, maybe its an ego thing?
They would still take the required cooking time to bake thoroughly. I would check them 10 min before they are done with a toothpick. That way you can judge it better. I actually use a long skewer and they work so great. I wash them off very well and reuse them.
Are they the same size? If yes, then no need to change the time or temperature. But, if you made them big muffins, make it longer, small muffins, make the time shorter.
Don't reduce either!

Same if you double the number, keep the time and temp the same!!
No, you don't have to reduce the temperature. Cut the ingredients in half that's it.
Temperature is the same. You might take them out a few minutes sooner. Keep an eye on them.
You do not reduce the time.
No need to change the time and temp if you are making the same size muffins
No. They are still the same size muffins, just fewer in number.
time!
