1 tbsp. baking powder
1 lg. egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. ';Shedd's Spread Country Crock';
1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder. In medium bowl whisk egg, milk and melted spread. Pour liquid ingredients into dry. Add chocolate chips, stirring until mixed. Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased 2 inch muffin pans. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. (Cupcake liners may be used in place of greasing pans.)
These aren't chocolate, but they are delicious!

Directions
