I need a really basic but delicious blueberry muffin recipe?

My big brother loves blue berries but he loves blueberry muffins more. The thing is we only have one package of blue berries and some really basic baking stuff. I need a recipe.I need a really basic but delicious blueberry muffin recipe?
Blueberry Muffin

* 2 cup all-purpose Flour

* 2 tablespoon baking powder

* 1/2 cup sugar

* 1 stick, unsalted butter

* 1 egg, slightly beaten

* 3/4 cup whole milk

* 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

* 1/2 cup granulated brown or white sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and sugar. In another bowl, combine butter, egg, and milk and mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and with a spatula, stir until just combined. Do not beat or over mix; it's okay if there are lumps in the batter. Gently fold the blueberries into the batter.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tray, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven. Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with the granulated brown or white sugar and return the muffins to the oven to bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before turning the muffins out.I need a really basic but delicious blueberry muffin recipe?
1 cup milk

1 egg

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Do you have all this? AP flour and baking soda can be replaced with just Self Rising Flour if you have that... If you have it, mix and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. You can also top with a streusel before baking if you have brown sugar, flour, and butter/marg on hand. 1/2 cup of sugar and flour and cut in room temp butter until crumbly. Good luck
allrecipes.com... or recipezaar.com... or cooks.com each site has many recipes for you to choose. the first 2 also have reviews of each recipe.

Muffins generally don't require any but basic ingredients.
trick with muffins is don't mix the batter completely, leave some lumps

also, so your berries don't sink, toss them in the dry muffin mixture to coat and add at the very end to your batter
All of the stuff on this site is outrageously good. It's worth a little more effort. http://www.joyofbaking.com/muffins/BlueB鈥?/a>
Why don't you go to the store and buy a muffin mix?
