just add some cocoa powder and you will be fine! Can I just add coco powder to my muffin recipe to make it chcolate?
Depending on your recipe, you'll need to add additional fat and sugar to equal the same amount of melted chocolate.
I don't have the exact numbers to hand, but I believe it's 3 T cocoa powder, 2 T fat (I like canola oil, but butter is a popular choice), 2-3 T sugar, depending on how sweet you want it = 1 oz melted chocolate.
I hope this helps...
if you mean using sweetened cocoa powder that you would just use to make hot cocoa, then just substitute part for part. do not use unsweetened baking cocoa, as you will end up with one really bitter muffin
Nope just add cocoa powder until it tastes chocolately enough for you. Cocolate chips don't hurt either.
Well i think that you should add the coco mix and also keep the flour as well.
Yeah you'd have to use les flour if you use 1oz of cocoa powder take out 1oz of flour
yea
